We recently delivered the first mobile photovoltaic power station in Romania: a renewable energy installation integrated into an expandable container that unfolds nearly 60 metres of solar panels directly on the ground. No building permit, no bureaucracy, no fixed infrastructure. Just transport, unload, unfold and produce energy.

The client's need

Electric equipment on site, but no grid

A client from Romania acquired 100% electric industrial equipment through European funding (Just Transition Programme). The funder's condition: every piece of equipment in the operational chain must be 100% electric, no diesel.

The problem: the electric equipment needs power on mobile worksites where the public grid is absent. A diesel generator would have nullified the principle behind the European funds. Fixed rooftop panels are not an option, because the team moves between locations.

The client needed a power source that moves with them, produces enough for industrial equipment, and meets the funder's zero-emission requirement.

Do the batteries withstand extreme temperatures?

The container has automatic internal air conditioning that keeps batteries at optimal temperature regardless of external conditions.

How is it transported and installed?

Standard road transport. Crane unload. Panel deployment on ground: ≈ 30 min, 2 operators, no additional equipment.
