02About the site

The information, specifications and estimates on the site are indicative and may change without notice as configurations or components change. They do not constitute a firm offer.

The cost calculator returns estimates based on the figures you enter and on the average photovoltaic output of the area; they do not guarantee a particular result on your project.

03Quote requests and orders

The site does not sell online. The forms send a request for a quote, not an order. A firm offer comes in writing, with the configuration, price, delivery time and applicable conditions, and the order is confirmed by contract or by an accepted proforma invoice.

04Prices

Prices communicated exclude VAT unless stated otherwise and remain valid for as long as the written offer states. Exchange rate, transport, installation and options are quoted separately, per project.

05Warranty

Warranty terms are those in the contract and in the manufacturer’s data sheet. The figures mentioned on the site — for example 15 years for panels, 5 years for batteries and 15 years for the structure — are the standard values and are confirmed on order, together with the conditions of use and maintenance.

06Your obligations

You use the site in good faith, without attempting to affect its security or operation and without submitting false data through the forms. We may restrict access in case of abusive or fraudulent use.

07Limitation of liability

The site content is provided as is, without implied warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect losses resulting from the use of information on the site. Contractual liability remains as set out in the signed contract, within the limits of the law.

08Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, technical drawings, the VOLTRAIL trademark and the other elements of the site are protected by copyright and industrial property law. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.

09Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably and, failing that, by the competent courts of Iași county, Romania.

For consumers, the routes provided by law remain available: the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro), alternative dispute resolution through ANPC-SAL and the European ODR platform.

10Changes

We may amend these terms; the applicable version is the one published on the date you use the site, and the date of the last revision appears at the top of the page.
