Solar power trailer rental, when the project is shorter than the payback
For a project of a few months, renting a solar power trailer is almost always better value than buying. Ours has no fuel in the rate: it includes transport, commissioning, monitoring and service, so the only thing left for you is the consumption.
Rates
How the rate is set
The rate is quoted per project and decreases with contract length: the longer the period, the lower the daily cost. The model, the distance to site and the options requested also count. Tell us the period and the load, and the rate comes the same working day.

How it works
From first call to first kilowatt
01
You tell us what needs power
The estimated daily load or the rating of the genset you use today, plus the location and the period. If you do not know the load, we estimate it together starting from the equipment on site.
02
You get the sizing and the rate
Within the same working day: the right model, the expected output for your county, the rate for the requested period and whatever remains on a backup genset.
03
We deliver and commission
Transport is on us. The unit arrives deployed and working, with operator training on the spot. Under an hour for trailers.
04
We monitor remotely
You see generation and consumption in the app. If something drifts, we see it before you do and act. At the end we collect the unit from site.
Coverage
Delivery included across Romania, Europe on request
Transport within Romania is included in the rate, and every county has its own page with local photovoltaic output and per-model estimates. For a project elsewhere in Europe we quote transport separately, per distance and border formalities. Ask us with the location and dates.
Frequently asked questions about renting a solar generator
How much does it cost to rent a solar generator?
The rate is quoted per project and decreases with duration: the longer the period, the lower the daily cost. The model, the distance to site and the options requested also count. We do not put a fixed price on the site because every job is different, but if you tell us the period and the load, you get the rate within the same working day.
Can a rental solar generator power three-phase equipment?
The entire range has 230 V outputs, and the larger models add three-phase. It covers lighting, site office and tools, all the way to heavy consumers. If you have a specific three-phase piece of kit, tell us its rating and we confirm the right model.
What can I power with a rental solar generator?
Site organisation, lighting, tools, portacabins, surveillance and equipment charging. For large loads or short peaks we size the unit for the weakest month and, if needed, leave a backup genset. The cost calculator shows you exactly what coverage you get.
Does rental include transport and installation?
Yes. The rate includes return transport within 150 km, commissioning, on-site operator training, remote monitoring and service throughout the period. With trailers, the unit is running in under an hour.
What happens on cloudy days?
Heavy cloud cuts output but does not stop it: the panels still work on diffuse light, at a fraction of their rating. The battery is what carries you through, which is why we size the unit for the weakest month rather than the average. If the job tolerates no interruption at all, we tell you up front what remains on a backup genset, so there are no surprises.
Do solar panels work in winter?
Yes, they just produce less. In December and January output falls to roughly a quarter of the June figure, and the cause is the short day and the low sun, not the cold — photovoltaic cells actually perform better at low temperatures than in summer heat. Snow slides off tilted panels on its own. For a project running through winter we size the unit for the weakest month, so you know your January coverage from the start, not just your June one.
How long do the solar panels on the unit last?
Photovoltaic panels keep over 80% of their rated power after 25 years, degrading by less than 0.5% a year. On a rental, though, lifespan is not your problem: the unit stays ours, and maintenance and part replacement are included in the rate. The battery is the first component to wear, we track it remotely and swap it when capacity drops below threshold, at no cost to you and without stopping the job.
What happens in a hailstorm?
Photovoltaic panels are built with toughened glass and tested against ice-ball impact under the IEC 61215 standard, so ordinary hail does not take them out of service. And on a rental the risk sits with us, not with you: the unit is our property, so a broken panel is ours to replace. If the site is in an area with frequent hail, tell us up front and we account for it when we position the unit.
What duration can I rent for?
From a few days up to over three months. The longer the period, the lower the daily rate. If the project is shorter than the purchase payback, rental is almost always the cheaper option.
We check availability for your dates
Tell us the period and the location, and we confirm which units are free and how soon they can be on site.
